Sponsorship Purchases

Sponsorship purchases support the organization and promotion of the Bobby “Papa Bear” Garris Memorial Race.

Because sponsorships often involve promotional materials, website listings, and event recognition, sponsorship purchases are generally non-refundable once promotional materials have been created or published.

Lap Sponsorships

Lap sponsorships reserve recognition for a specific lap of the race. Once a lap sponsorship has been confirmed and publicly listed, it may not be refundable.

If duplicate lap selections occur due to technical issues, the event organizers will work with the sponsor to select another available lap or issue a refund if necessary.

Merchandise Orders

If merchandise is sold through the website:

• Damaged or defective items may be replaced when reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

• Customers should contact the event organizers regarding order issues.

Shipping times may vary depending on inventory and production schedules.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event must be postponed or cancelled due to weather, track conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, sponsorship recognition may be transferred to:

• The rescheduled event date, or

• The following year’s Bobby “Papa Bear” Garris Memorial Race.
